Bory Home I. is a pilot project of a new urban residential area, which aims to create a quality and healthy environment for the fully private and public life of its inhabitants. The urban concept is based on a simple and clear linear structure enabling further development in the area with the priority of walking and leisure activities in an attractive environment of the city park. Ten apartment buildings with the priority of healthy and economical housing are growing out of the pleasantly undulating green terrain. The effort of the project and the goal of the proposed solutionis to create such a scenario for housing that themain role is always a satisfied inhabitant. A separate Kindergarten with 5 classes was added to the apartment buildings.
