Residence Zrínskeho is a project and realization of a chamber city villa in a prominent quiet location of the oldtown in Bratislava.
It is a building sensitively set in a sloping terrain with two underground and four above-ground floors.
Two separate volumes, each with 4 flats, are connected by a communication glass core. On the 1st underground floor there is one non-residential space, where the sunlight can get via atrium.
Individual apartments rise around the perimeter of the floor plan using the surrounding rest of the land for front gardens and lighting of the rooms.
The apartments on the upper floors have semi-recessed deep loggias or utilized roof terraces. All apartments have views of the surrounding greenery.
